Shipping Options

Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. Holidays). Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however some orders may require between 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. For a more secured/accurate estimation of delivery, please add 1-2 business days to the ship dates/times below. If you place your order before 12pm EST and utilize “priority” shipping, it will ship same day.

You will be able to select your preferred shipping method from a list of options at checkout that will have been calculated relative to your shipping address and order/item weight.

All orders are shipped from Deerfield Beach, FL.

Please note that some international orders may be charged an additional VAT or customs tax. MindGourmet LLC is not responsible for any additional charges if/when they occur. By law, we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with receipt. You will also receive a second email with your tracking number once the order has shipped.

Unpredictable Returns

MindGourmet LLC is not responsible for the cost of any orders and/or postage, which have been returned to us and thus has to be resent as a result of errors in shipping addresses, multiple unsuccessful deliveries, inclement weather conditions, etc. If you choose not to have the order resent, you will receive a full refund of the item(s) purchase price (minus taxes and shipping fees), provided the item is returned to us. We are not responsible for “lost” items.


If any of your items are out of stock/backordered, any other items in your order will be held and shipped with that item. If you would like the available items in your order to ship right away, please contact us by email ( and we’ll be happy to ship your items separately at an additional fee.

Credit cards are charged immediately upon purchase for all products including items on backorder.
