Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, you may request an exchange or refund (minus postage) within 30 days NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Send an email requesting your exchange/refund to: email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (subject line: RMA). Requests must be made within 30 days of the original invoice/purchase date.
NOTE: Return shipping costs are not included or refunded.
Please write the Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns without an RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded via the original method of payment only.
Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products or shipping charges.
